Legal Content Specialist

We’re looking for a legal tech specialist to integrate with our team and work on the following activities:

  • Analysing the products from a legal perspective and writing the legal parts needed;
  • Researching any potential additions to existing products;
  • Researching any potential improvements for existing products;
  • Keeping legal the ecosystem around the product firmly in sight, globally as far as applicable.
  • Help the product team to keep the legal texts embedded in our legal solutions updated.


Milan or Bologna, Italy or remote.

Both our offices are incredibly nice places to work from, both located in the center of their respective cities. We will also consider remote working.


  • Perfect written legal English. Fluency in English is a must;
  • Passion for clear and simple language, outside of legal jargon;
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience.


  • Previous experience with Internet law, privacy law, e-commerce law, drafting of privacy policies and terms & conditions, corporate law;
  • The ability to understand how online software works, its dynamics, the different business models (SaaS, freemium, advertising etc.);
  • Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are more than welcome;
  • An attitude to organizing your work efficiently and to draft modular legal documents;
  • Interest and/or experience in tech & software.
